Victoria Emanuele (she/her)
Hi there! I'm the founder of Moving Mountains Psychotherapy. I completed my Bachelors degree in Psychology & Neuroscience at McMaster University followed by a Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I've always been so passionate about mental health and in particular, disordered eating and body image issues. I've been through my own share of struggles around this issue and upon recovery, became inspired to open my own psychotherapy practice so that I could help others navigate the complexities of their relationship with food and how it shows up in their lives.

I work with adults, teens, and pre-teens (12+) on their journey to recovering from eating disorders & disordered eating. Additionally, I see those who struggle with body image, trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, relationship issues & life transitions. Reach out for a complimentary 15 minute call to see if we would be a good fit for therapy!

Beyond therapy...
Outside of my passion for therapy and mental health, I enjoy spending time with the lovely people in my life, playing with my dog Atlas, baking, and watching movies. For a long time, my mental health challenges kept me from doing things that I love, so today I try to embrace them. I love moving my body in ways that feel good to me - especially outside! Hiking and doing yoga are a couple of my favourite activities. When I can, I love to travel and I'm a big coffee-lover, so trying new coffee shops is exciting whenever I'm exploring new places!
